What you will need to do is mix equal parts of Vinegar and baking soda to form a paste. Once you have done this you will need to dampen your cleaning cloth and lay it over the stained area then take your iron put it on medium and move it over the cleaning cloth until the stain has come up to the best of its ability at the current moment.
Tip Three: Rearranging Furniture So the Stain Isn’t as Noticeable
Another way to help protect your carpet from high traffic damage is to move your furniture. If the stain is near a coffee or end table, you can move the table over the top of the stain to keep people and pets from walking on it and embedding the stain deeper into the carpet fibers.
